How do you turn the water in Hacienda?

I can only seem to place it, but it won't let me place the water in the spots that I deem perfect unless I turn it. However, I can't figure out how to turn it.

Please help.

Click on the water tile itself (when the screen refreshes to show its orientation).

I don't know if this applies to you, but you cannot turn water using the Mac browser, Safari. Download Firefox and you will be all set. The link is on the bottom of most pages.

Okay, I take back the link thing... but it still won't turn on Safari.

You can turn the water with Safari 3. That should've have been an update for 10.4.x and it came with Leopard. If you have an earlier version of OS X, you'll have to use Firefox.
