Looks like one of our Amun-Re games has been abandon by NerdDad.

It has been over a month. When will it go away or do we request a Jedi Administrator to wave his had and make it go away? :O)
Best Regards,

Winston Churchill once said "A man who does not learn from history, is doomed to repeat it." (i.e.--read the forum this is an old and enduring topic...time for injunction is pre-determined, etc.) |

Lol, you know I remember being a newbie too, and I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a helpful sticky topic somewhere even if it just links to an FAQ somewhere else. I guess none of the long-standing members got fed up enough yet?
Jack, in answer to your question, it's around 2 months or 60 days before the game disappears off your list. I've only had 1 so far but now also have another.... I find the only way to dimish the unfortunate game is to join many more... it works for me! |

Not only that, but action will not even be taken against players who selectively abandon some of their games.
For example, Steve Von Laucidina is currently in the process of abandoning 4 of his games, while he continues to play his others. Stated policies notwithstanding, it appears that he will get away with it. I am disappointed, but I have moved on to many other games, so I will live.
So, my advice is to move on and join some other games as I did. Unlike most other gaming sites, abandoning games is really not that big of a deal here, and you won't get much support from the regulars. |

Thank you all for your great responses.
I will try to keep more games going but that puts a strain on my little brain. |
