I've run low on Santiago games, so I thought I'd see if there was any interest in a new tournament along the lines of the hacienda deathmatch.
This tournament will take a 'lose-once-and-go-home' format. Each competitor will play ONE no-variant game against two opponents. The winner moves on, the losers is finished.
Obvously, Santiago does not offer a two player version, so I was looking for about 27 players (9 games - the 9 winners go through to the semi's and 3 semi final winners to the final). I can work with less entrants and with 'lucky losers' progressing.
The top 9 seeds will be drawn apart (probably based on number of wins in the stats table). Similarly the top 3 seeds drawn apart in the semis (if they get through!).
The first 27 will be in, and I need at least 18. |

I now have 16. I would like at least 18 and get as close to 27 as possible - so will keep open for a few days to get the numbers up.
Will look to start before the weekend or as soon as I get 27 - whichever happens first. |
