I guess I'm a day later than when I said I'd post this thread, but hopefully not a dollar short. Registration will be open through Friday, and will close sometime next Saturday, when I make the table assignments.

IF YOU WILL BE AWAY FOR MORE THAN A WEEK during the (northern hemisphere) summer, DO NOT REGISTER for Session 1. You may still register for the ladder to hold your table place, instead of starting at the bottom in Session 2, but you have to let me know not to assign you a table in Session 1.

You are generally responsible for moving at least once per day. I sday 25 hours, not 24, because I don't expect you to checkin at the exact same time each day, but if you can't play at least once per day, the ladder is not for you. More often is better for everyone, but not required. Occasional weekend trips where you'll be incommunicado are OK. But if you only play during weekdays, you probably shouldn't be here unless you're checking in many times per day during the week.

Go ahead and put me in. I am trying to be sensitive to games where speed is desired. I would rather opt out and then be included (as you did) than opt in and then get everyone mad (as has happened in the past).

Swok, could you clarify for me. I'm now reading you as wanting in for Session 2, but I first read what you wrote as your holiday won't be too long so you wanted in the "next session", which is the first one.

If I don't hear back from you, I'll have you skipping the first session.

I would like to register for all 3, but will be out of the country for a couple of weeks at the end of August and may not be able to check in every day then, so if I shouldn't register for Season 1, then please just hold my spot.
