Unfortunately Alashar has not finished any of his games and even has to join several games!! He has not been on SBW since one month!!
I guess we can not wait for him - so I propose to award every player who is in a game with him an average score. That means if you are in a 2 player game with Alashar you will get 1.5 points. In a 3 player game you will get 2 points and for a 4 player game 2.5 points!!
I keep this open for comments and suggestions!!

Not really sure if there is a better solution, Ralf. is OK by me. With Alashar seeming to have gone absent it is only fair to keep things moving along. Especially for those who will qualify for the final. Unfortunate turn of events. Just hope Alashar is OK.

4 points for a 2 and 3 player win (2 points for the second place in the 3 player game) and 6 points for a 4 player (3 points for the second place and 1 point for 3rd place) - most points out of those 8 games will determine the tournament winner.
In case of equal points after the 8 games the direct result out of the 2 player game will count!

P.S. Since there are sill 4 games of the 1st round to be joined by Alashar I recommend that the creators delete those games !
