For those participating in the 3 player Tikal tournament we have a friendly FYI: game number one has concluded - already - just 18 days into round number one! The 3 J's rocked -n- rolled their way thru that game. And kudos to JT for notching the 1st win in the tourney.

Meanwhile - game #3 is into the 9th round - nice progress. Games 2, 4 and 5 are all into the 6th round - half way thru. That's a little behind pace to try and finish by months end - calculating a game a month - and especially with Thanksgiving looming in the wings next week. But all in all it's pretty decent progress. Still - game one is a nice example of what is possible in regards to fast game play.

So with that in mind - lets all please continue to be as punctual as possible. And if anyone knows they'll have some downtime during the holiday next week (or any time for that matter) please indicate on the callender the days you'll be absent as a nice gesture for your fellow players.

We are on the last edge of the days of November - 29 days gone in the tourney and one left until we creep into December. Hope all had a good and enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend. The time spent here in Georgia over the holiday was very much needed and appreciated.

Another game has finished up - #3 to be exact - and congrats go out to Klingone for the win. Nice come from behind victory! Still leaves us with three games going - all 2/3's and better completed. With that I think we will go ahead and get the 2nd round of the tourney started on thursday the 1st of December vs waiting to have the 1st round completed. Once the 1st round is done I'll then post the results - both the games and everyone's totals.
