I accidentally clicked the wrong action, and there is no confirmation question to ask if the player really wants to do that. Just wondering if that could be added.

Please, no. Just learn not to click until you mean it. Otherwise, players just learn to automatically confirm -- and it still doesn't do any good. I have users where I work who refer to the "confirm" actions as "double" action (because they just hit it twice to begin with). D'oh!
