It would be nice to be able to look at the completed games and sort them by each game type (eg be able to see all the completed Amun Re games without the other game types mixed in as well).

You can do that with your own completed games. Just click on your profile and click Tikal for example the completed games link. I assume your speaking overall completed games and not just the ones your in.
