Any more details on how these turns went down? Was there any error messages shown? Odd redos? Anything? _________________ ---------------

We're trying to figure out exactly what happened here and why. We'll fix the game in the best manner possible. I'd recommend not playing any more turns until it's fixed. |

Nothing odd for me...notice I scored normal. I just saw the scores and had a hernia so then looked at the log. No I'm in no hurry and won't play till you figure it out. |

And I just thought I was playing really well, this is such a disappointment.
No moves for me until it's fixed.

Did anyone doubleclick any links?
It's entirely possible there was some server hiccup, but if it was something we can prevent in the future I'd love to get it straightened out. |

I am not sure what you mean by double clicking a link... it is something I do on occasion and get an error messsage saying something like it is not your turn or re enter move (in Amen Re, never seen anything like it in Tikal) and I have started my move over in several games of Tikal but don't remember having a problem about it. Doesn't look like anyone is responding to the inquiry except Coach. Should I just continue and move or keep waiting? |

I think that it is certainly unfair to continue until the problem is solved.

I wish we could get a response from the others on this one. I can't see any reason for this to happen in the code. It may be a fluke event where the server had a hiccup or something. If we don't get a response I can just end the game for you guys if you would prefer to go that route, let me know. _________________ ---------------

Well, I didn't seem to get a turn in the scoring round, so I didn't reply, thinking it was irrelevant! I play a lot of games of Tikal at once, so I don't know if I did do anything unusual in this one, but I don't remember anything special happening in the form of error messages or anything.
(Incidentally the problem that I've seen reported before with placing a tile, then getting an error message, getting to see the next tile, have to click to place it - although it doesn't actually get placed - and then having your turn as normal, is happening to me a lot recently - i don't know if that happened in this game and could be related, or not?) |

Have no idea if I did anything different that might have caused a problem. If there is no fix, I suggest ending the game. |

We are looking into code solutions to stop double clicks. Stay tuned.
That may or may not be what caused this issue anyway. _________________ ---------------
