Let's start by saying that it depends on a few things. The most basic reason is the climate in which you live. I believe that each person has an individual comfortable temperature. Since I don't like heat, I like cooler places. The guys from https://www.socool.sg/ will help you decide on this. I also want to say that sometimes people try to save money on this without using their air conditioner at full capacity, when it is really necessary
