I'm playing my first game of Wallenstein and I can't figure out how to contact the other players. The message feature only allows me to post notes to everyone. How do I send private notes to the other players? |

since everyone is also registered in the forum, the most obvious solution is to send a private message. but then again, how many people check there private messages? |

Not many, I'd guess. Also, how do I send a private message? Do I have to wade through page after page of memberlist? |

That depends. If you can find a post where the person is the author or the last one to respond, click on their name in the appropriate field. Otherwise yes, you do have to wade through it. |

And thus, the diplomatic element of the game is basically eliminated, removing one of the primary enjoyments of the game.
Here's hoping that an in-game messaging system will be added at some point. |

What if you thought of it this way:
This is not Diplomacy, and therefore having private deals seems like overkill for the level of complexity involved.
Therefore, use the message board, simulating discussing negotiations "across the table." This is how my group plays in FTF.
Just a thought. |

My group obviously doesn't play the way yours does. I don't the game without negotiations, which is why I've stopped playing it online.
Sure, I could think of it the way you do. But then I wouldn't have nearly as much fun with the game. |

I didn't know it is possible to play games with crypto currencies, sounds rather interesting. By the way, I came here exactly for some bank suggestions, these metabank reviews look rather promising as for me. |
