An Amun Re game was started a month a go and has one player who has never taken his first turn. Can this game be deleted or something as obviously the player in question is not returning?

note --- abandoned games get deleted in due time by the site
requests to delete (or mark as abandoned) games do not have to be
made ---it is done by the site in their time frame
please be patient
