Yesterday I got a call from a number with a very strange area code. How can I understand which city this code belongs to?

Yeah, there are many applications and I've used many of them but I didn't have any success with it because many of them just didn't work or they were expensive and I didn't want to pay much for such service. I found another solution. I searched on the internet for a site and found a great one that provides me a full report of the person that called me. This site provides information about location, street, and even the name of the owner's phone number. You can also find there a list of Phone Area Codes.
