problem game 10221
round 15 should be going to final scoring but has
a new tile to place --- with no place to put it
gane name -- bbg withdrawal - 02 |

correction -- third player has not yet taken round 15 action points
also I think this is the same user that LVAndy said could no longer
play in a Hacienda game |

ok this game is STUCK --- could you please reset the game to show the
end of game "00" and allow the current player to continue
