In game 10090 one of the players took 4 actions in Round 4. From the gamelog they ended the turn 3 times and managed to get an extra action.

It looks like that was exactly the time Monday when the site got extremely slow and to resolve the issue we performed some table maintenance on the database. I'm pretty sure that the table maintenance was the cause -- so we think this was an isolated incident.
