We have a tiny shed that has a small leak in the roof.
Can anyone recommend someone who can either fix it or replace the felt on the roof, please?

it's probably a small job, but the husband isn't very handy when it comes to DIY.

If your husband is not sure about this matter, it is better not to risk it but call reliable people who will help you fix this roof. I also had a similar situation a couple of years ago.
