Rotating water tiles using the Safari web browser does not work correctly. I am able to rotate once and then it stops working and I can no longer rotate nor place the water tile.

We have had this reported in the past. The problem is neither of us have access to safari to do any testing with the scripts. Until one of us finds a machine with safari on it to do some testing it's going to be tough to fix.
