Hi all!

It's a bug or I do not know the rules:
I've got 12 provinces and I collected 14 grains (5 spring, 4 summer and 5 autumn).
The program shows that I've 9 grains and 2 provinces is revolted!
Is this correct?

What was the fourth event card. That will show your grain spoilage.
