If you have no idea How to Connect HP Deskjet 2540 Printer to wifi on Mac, follow the steps mentioned here. The HP DeskJet 2540 setup begins with the installation of the HP Deskjet 2540 Driver. Once the driver is installed, move on to the setup process. Check the connection between the computer and printer. Then, turn on the printer and ascertain the printer and the computer share the same network. Gather the required items such as Network name, network password, etc. Next, remove the USB cable from the printer. Download the printer driver; the installation process requires you to connect the cable if needed. Lastly, go to the HP customer support for software and driver download to complete the setup.
