It may be that your network router is not allowing it onto your network or it may be a configuration issue. If you have a wireless printer, you may need to enter the router’s wireless password into the printer’s settings. After that, in Windows, delete all unresponsive printers in your devices and the printers page in your control panel. After which, click add printer, make sure the desired printer is showing up in the pop-up window, then Windows will install the printer. From thereafter your printer is installed, print a test page to see if the printer is responding, and the configuration is correct.
