Hi all, I have a long-standing joint problem, the last time I exercised I dropped first a dumbbell and then a barbell. My joints hurt terribly. How can I strengthen my joints? |

Weak joints are a modern problem for all athletes. My joints hurt too. I'm an arm wrestler, so joints are very important to me. My trainer always advised me to have a calcium-rich diet. You should also buy a vitamin complex in a sports shop. You should also do exercises to strengthen your joints and ligaments in every workout. Some of my fellow arm-wrestlers are getting pharmaceuticals https://balkan-pharmaceuticals.org/ which help strengthen joints and ligaments, as well as gain muscle mass, which is important if you are a heavyweight. |

Thanks for the advice, I've reduced the weight a bit and have been thinking about exercises to strengthen the ligaments and joints too. A special thanks for adding calcium-rich foods to the diet. I'm going to try to work the joints at every workout or every other workout in order not to overtrain. |

Strengthening bones is of paramount importance, so everyone should know the amount of calcium and vitamin D in their body because bones and joints need these elements.
