My husband filed for divorce a few months ago. He had some mental health and addiction issues and never got around to applying, so I applied https://onlinedivorceinpa.com/chester-county-divorce/. He hasn't responded to the court within 30 days, so I'm filing for a default judgment, which makes it sound like once that happens, he won't have voting rights over assets, spousal support, etc.
Has anyone gone through this process? What happens after this point? |

I don't think this is the best solution in this situation, there are alternatives
