I managed to grasp defeat out of the claws of victory by using my last citizen (which I knew I was going to lose) to build something I then had to tear down as the very last turn of the game.
I wonder how hard it would be to code the warning "This is your last free/spare citizen in this city" when you use him.
This would be immediately apparent in a F2F game. Not a big issue, as so far all of the other issues I have seen listed are tiny ... if they were going to delay La Citta going live then not worth the effort, but would (again like most of the suggestions) be of benefit to newbie players.
