For the majority of individuals, using Telegram might be safe. Unfortunately, despite the platform's many security features, word hurdle you must intentionally use encryption on your Telegram account and secret messages for every new chat to truly secure yourself.

So, about Telegram – it's known for being pretty secure. They use end-to-end encryption for secret chats, which means only you and the person you're chatting with can read what's sent. Regular chats are encrypted too, but not end-to-end by default.

But, here's the thing: Security also depends on how you use it. Like, avoid sharing sensitive info in regular groups.
