ich habe vor kurzem von Systembrett und Familienbrett für systemische Aufstellungen gehört und bin neugierig geworden. Hat jemand von euch Erfahrungen damit? Wie effektiv sind sie bei der Arbeit mit familiären und beruflichen Themen?

ich setze das Systembrett seit Jahren in meiner Praxis ein und habe sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Besonders bei der Arbeit mit Familien hilft es, Beziehungsmuster und Konflikte sichtbar zu machen. Die Klienten können ihre Positionen und Rollen besser verstehen und neue Lösungen entwickeln.

ich habe das Systembrett in einem Seminar kennengelernt und war sofort begeistert. Es Systembrett ermöglicht eine ganz andere Art der Reflexion und Selbstwahrnehmung. Ich habe es in beruflichen Kontexten verwendet, um Teamdynamiken zu analysieren und Konflikte zu lösen.
