| Today I had a consultation with a startup lawyer, during which I shared some basic information about the project I am currently working on. But he didn't mention signing a contract that implies confidentiality of our conversation. Did you sign an NDA when working with a startup lawyer? |

| Well, you better hope that startup lawyer didn't share his developments with yours. It was a serious mistake on his part that showed his lack of qualifications. Make sure you contact a more experienced startup law like David Nima Sharifi, Esq. of techandmedialaw as soon as possible. I approached him with the same problem so he could help me out of this situation. Explain the whole situation to him and be sure to sign an NDA with him, even if he is the first to suggest it. He may be able to help you resolve the issue with the previous lawyer and ensure your development. |
