Malls have changed a lot over the years, and some are thriving while others feel half-empty. Northlake Mall used to be a solid shopping spot, but is it still worth the trip? Are most of the stores still open, or has it lost its variety? And if there’s an issue with security, parking, or a store complaint, how helpful is Northlake Mall customer service in handling it? |

Used to hit up Northlake Mall all the time, so I swung by to see what it’s like now. Some areas are still decent, but a few stores I loved are gone. Security was around, which is good, but the overall vibe felt quieter than before. Had a question about store hours and tried reaching Northlake Mall customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/northlake-mall/customer-service.html — response was slow, but they eventually answered. It’s still okay for shopping, just don’t expect a packed, high-energy mall experience. |
