| I am really paranoid about putting my card info into random sports websites. How do you guys know which platforms are legit? I have seen some sketchy stuff on social media lately. What are the signs of a secure site, and is there any way to get a refund if something goes wrong with a deal? |

Being cautious is the right move because there are definitely scammers trying to capitalize on the NIL hype. You should always look for sites that have a clear verification process for the athletes.
I only use platforms that act as a middleman and hold the funds until the deal is actually completed. For example, I have had a great experience with https://rallyfuel.com/athletes because they are very transparent about where the money goes. If the player does not fulfill the commitment, the money just goes back to your account. It feels very secure, like buying something on a major retail site. Just make sure you see the "verified" badge before you send anything. It is much better than sending money via random apps where you have zero protection if someone disappears. |
