Is using special supplements a legit way of gaining muscle mass faster? A lot of professional bodybuilders do that but when you are an amateur, is it an option?

Guys, if you are into bodybuilding, don't use any steroids, you'll ruin your health. After my course, I can't even satisfy a woman without using https://www.holisticboard.org/health/male-enhancement/genodrive/ and my shape got much worse when I stopped training. And only now I understand that all those things are made only for pros and you aren't supposed to use it if you are an amateur.

Almost all supplements that sell sports shops and fitness centers are a stupid waste of money. They either spoil the body, or simply useless.

It is definitely a legit way but you should be careful. I think using tb500 is completely safe but you can ask your coach for help. I think they all take something like this and will give you some useful and trustworthy recommendations.

Best body building is the one which does not make you tiresome for whole day. Instead it makes you feel energetic and healthy as well. I recommend doing running, swimming and push ups.
