Chaps
I have tried to enrol a few friends to play Wallenstein online. One has encountered problems when registering.
I quote
After I'd registered, I received the e-mail below. As soon as I clicked
on
the link, my virus checker (Norton) stepped in with the following
details:
Details: Default Block Backdoor/SubSeven Trojan horse was
detected and
blocked.
All comunication with 62.201.102.217 will be blocked for 30
minutes
This has rather put me off accessing the site - sorry.
Cab anyone advise on what this Trojan Horse does and is it safe ??? |

The Trojan Horse is probably not safe, and it definitely didn't come (intentionally) from SpielByWeb. Please have you have your friend forward the message seemingly from SpielByWeb to help@spielbyweb.com and I'll take a look at it.
I was actually in Hungary (where 62.201.102.217 is based) -- I'm really hoping that's a coincidence... |
