I get a page asking me to place a tile, but I can't place the tile in Safari, explorer, or Firefox. I can move the tile, but it goes back to the original position when I let go.

Stupid question, but you are just clicking where you want to place it, not trying to drag and drop...?

Click on the tile to rotate it. Then click on the board position to place it.
