If you are talking just about skills, it's Ronaldinho. He's probably the best free-stylers of the generation. Nobody has a skillset as good as the Brazilian.
But that's not how you identify a footballer's talent. You see the number of goals, number of individual honours and also how good a team player he/she is. If you look at the overall aspect of the game, it's Messi hands down and if you just want to focus on a narrow feature of the game, the skills, then it would be Ronaldinho.
