If any player has not joined in 36-48 hours I'll send them a message, and then replace them with the reserve player(s) after that.

what about the 4th game? who gets to choice the map and what variant is it?

Ok, I've redone the draw, so unless you are one of the few who read the original post, it's ok. Payton correctly pointed out I'd tried something that didn't make sense.

Just so I'm clear...in 3player T7 1B I'm listed as the first player in the second game of that series. Do I create a no variant game or a variant 1?

Game 3player T7 3B seems to have 4 names against it. Missing a _ or something?

With the changes in the first post, the games I created are no longer correct. I created 4 and have deleted 2 but 2 have started...

These instructions confuse me... I'm in 3 games. I have no idea if they're the right ones and, for the 4th (T7 3B), I'm not sure what needs to be created.
