The first round of the tournament will end with the top 4 from each of the 2 sub tourneys(2nd and 3rd) and the best of the rest.
The 2nd round will be those 9 players
The final will a 3 game final of the 3 best players from the 2nd round
The standings will be figured out most 1st, followed by 2nds-tiebreaker will be difference in victory
