I just looked at some newer maps and would suggest one or several of the following: 760, 817, 704, 707 and 674 for the tournament. I havent played any of those maps (as I remember) - so no advantage for me. I guess they are all IBX maps - have more than 50 random land tiles and around 12 markets.
