I've decided to spice this tournament up a bit with a new handicap system.. no idea wether it will work or more importantly be fun as opposed to annoying... and get the right balance.... just dont want the top players winning too much

handicap is an interesting idea.. I've occasionally wondered about it

obviously a simple point handicap might be used, however you might need to take into account var 2 games having lower scoring.

another option I'd considered was having a high ranked player skip one (or more?) action in his first round of moves.

I was thinking of using it in 2 player games, it would get harder again in 3 player.
