Game 19194: It's showing the upcoming tiles (shaded out) while the current tiles are still being placed. That can't be right.

No, it's not right. This is a minor (known) bug due to how the rounds are currently implemented. I've fixed and tested the bug on my dev server, so there shouldn't be a problem going forward.
