Hi
Hope you can sort this little problem for me.
I am trying to place a 3 size lake with a bend at co-ordinates X5, Y4 but it won't let me.
It would be nice to get my hands on those 7pts.
Hope you can help.

I am the other player in this game 
and after CW said he was not able to place the water tile
I tried it on my turn and I WAS able to place the tile 
but I did a redo -- I will not spend my 12 pesos to give CW 7 points |

The strange thing is I can place it in some directions around the board but when I turn it to the angle I want it at. It won't let me place it anywhere.
I promise I will give the 7pts back if you place it for me. Honest.
