Hey, I often get confused when clients respond with vague messages or use words differently than I expect. It slows down my workflow and creates back-and-forth clarification. Has anyone found a way to reduce these misunderstandings?

Hey, I had the same problem until I started using an customer service ai. At first, I used it just to respond to simple inquiries, but it quickly started sending clear, consistent messages, automating follow-ups, and handling common client questions. It standardizes wording and avoids ambiguous phrasing, which reduces confusion and saves me hours each week. Now my communication is more accurate and efficient, and clients appreciate the clarity.
