In Game 20292, while buying Farmers, I was dropped by my Net Provider. After re-entering the game, I was not able to use my Free Farmer Power Card.
Is spielbyweb not fault-tolerant? Is there anything to do?

Sporb, you must play Free Farmer Card before buying farmers. If you were disconnected while buying farmers, then it is late to use Free Farmer Card.

I just bought Power Cards. The option to play the Free Farmer was right there before the connection broke down.
After re-entering it was gone.

The timings in the gamelog would seem to indicate that no farmers had been bought prior to the 10 minute interruption, which would support the OPs claim. It's a little late now to do anything about it. A better move would have been to take no game actions until the admins had a chance to investigate.

However, this does not excuse the foul language. This is a family site. A polite request to investigate whilst the problem was still visible would probably have got this sorted.
