Be prepared The less you have to do in the morning, the better. So lay out clothes, put bags and things needed for school near the door, prepare pack lunches (keep in the fridge) and fill out any forms the night before.
Only do what's really important The morning is not a good time to suddenly start on an unnecessary chore. You’re struggling to cope with what you do normally, why make things harder? |

I follow those tips but it's still quite stressful and I don't even know how can I cope with that. When you have so much responsibility, that's impossible to stay calm. I want to try using cbd oil now, maybe it would help. Everyone has his own recipe I guess. I can't start a day withoup a cup of coffee, someone prefers yoga, meditation or listening to the music. Talking about cbd as been mentioned above, it goes better with a CONCENTRATE OIL VAPORIZER than with cosmetics or even edibles. |
