| I had the same issue with size consistency across batches and found that switching to an epson colour label printer really helped. The color matching stayed more reliable, and I could tweak the settings just enough for better alignment. Saved me a ton of time compared to constantly recalibrating. It's also quieter than some others I've used, which made a difference during longer runs. |
