In the game "Summer of War", I (blue) have 35 armies on the board + 17 in the supply + 1 in the cup + (at least) 1 in the tower = 54, instead of 51.

I've been suspicious that the count might have been inaccurate ever since the Year 1 grain revolt in which I lost control of a province, but I don't remember what the exact counts were at the time. But now, I'm sure there's a problem.

It doesn't really matter for the game, I don't think, so much as that there's probably a bug you may want to look at.

I think you may be correct. How many armies does each player get. Is it 60 armies? If so, there was one game I was playing where I counted up my armies towards the end of year 2 in their provinces, in the supply, and in the cup, and came up with 61. I did this addition several times to make sure it was correct. It is something that should be investigated. By the way, I LOVE THIS GAME.
