Looks like the game brett vorm kopp 29 is stuck in Year 2 Autumn Action Planning because Klingone has no provinces to plan. Is there any way to shake this loose?

Fixed (I hope). I think this means this is the first time on this site that a player has lost all their provinces! Shocked

I saw it once before but the final province was lost in Year 2 Autumn. This is the first I've seen a player go into action planning w/o any provinces.
