In our three player trial game, I selected a thief while one of the other players was an exhibitor. I was not allowed to steal an item. Here's the email report:

You really need to have reported this when it happened (Jan24th) so the developers could take a look. You've since played 18 turns through to game-end. I'm not sure there's much they can do now.

I did report the bug on the day it occured -- in fact, I reported it about 30 seconds afterward on the bug report board. However, there have been zero replies to that message, so I thought I'd post it here too.

In any case, there was no intent on my part that they correct the game in question -- only that the developer prevent the bug from affecting any future games.
