I play a lot of different games and it is very easy to forget how much the big worker is worth. Is it 3 or 5 "normal workers"? Why not write it in the rules? I couldnīt find it. Or even better would be, when the worth of the big worker is shown when you go with the mouse over it.

The big worker (known as the Expedition Leader) is 'worth' 3 normal workers.

It is mentioned under page 10 of the rules.
