In the game 'Slow, SOGgy Reef', I interrupted placing orange polyps to move a shrimp, and I am now attempting to introduce a new shrimp to the board. However, the only valid spot that shows to introduce the shrimp is the single gray polyp, even though I have a perfectly nice yellow cluster with no shrimp on it. If I move my shrimp from orange to yellow, the 'introduce new shrimp' move doesn't recognize the orange cluster as valid either.

You can have at most only two shrimp on any given rock (board)...
