How are games chosen to be developed for SbW? When do you get permission to host them? Is there a list of games coming (beyond the locked forums)?

If you've already checked any of the few threads about game development, you'll see there's really no active development going on. There are 2 or 3 that have been partially completed, but that was a few years back and nothing has happened since, at least in the 'public eye'.

For permission, you need to go to a publisher who may or may not give you permission to run a version of the game online. Obviously things like Days Of Wonder's Ticket To Ride they have done themselves online so won't let anyone else have, but you get the idea.

We have been lucky to have a site admin / developer who does look in from time to time. I will not soon forget the positive changes he made to viewing / setting up new games and other such 'small' web-site changes that were still very much welcomed and helped improve the functionality of SBW.

I'm sure you will get a few other replies, as there were some Amun-Re minor modifications on the way sometime ago that also never materialised for whatever reason. That topic will no doubt get bumped.
