receiving a bye for Session 1: Adriaan Pieters
As the numbers of players is not divisible by 5, (there's one extra) the bottom-ranked player sits out Session 1. He is guaranteed a seat in Session 2. No player will receive a bye in a given ladder in consecutive sessions. And in the first session of all the ladders only, each player may receive a bye in only one ladder. (Otherwise Adriaan would have been received on in the 3-ladder, as well.) For all future sessions, each ladder will run independently of the others and the bottom-ranked players will receive byes as necessary, so long as they don't get two in a row in the same ladder.

The game name is too long. May I suggest Amun-Re 5-Ladder SX TX |

Also suggest one common password. PM'ing 9 people (if you play all three ladders) gets old quick. For our passwords, I used "ladder". While mistakes do occur very occasionally, by and large this is a pretty honorable site.

I'd prefer a format that will reduce mistakes. Fot the game Amun-Re 3-Ladder S1 T11, I used the password
AR3LS1T11
I think having the joiners put that much thought into what they type will make for fewer headaches, not more. But standardizing is, as you say, is good. I will add this suggestion as a comment to the general thread. |

I suppose if you were a skilled typist, the headache value would be minimal. For myself, though, I like the KISS acronym. Keep it simple stupid! (for me, that is) |

Ok, I give up. What's the password for game Amun-Re 5-Ladder S1 T3? The other 4 figured it out but I can't. I tried ladder, Ladder, tournament, and S1 T3. |

The game list has been updated as links to the individual games. When the games finish, I'll add the results under each link. |

Moving along nicely, as you can see from the frequently updated results above. Thanks to Sacarino's drunken revelry, though, we still don't know who's on top of the hill (or ladder, as the case may be.) |

Congratulations to Kanga, who remains atop the ladder by winning on Table 1. We still have one game finishing up, then we'll start the process for Session 2. |

If there is room in Session 2, I would like to join, as well. Thank you! |
