the Record at BGG links on the completed games page used to work for me until they did the upgrades at BGG recently. Since then they have not worked for me.
I have assumed this was a problem at the BGG end since it started when they made changes, so I have given it a while without commenting for them to finish work. Then I left a bug report there. Now, since it is still not right, I'm leaving one here too. |

This is still not working for me. Am I the only one? Does anyone know why?
When I press [log at BGG] I get only a white page and it logs nothing. Before BGG made their recent changes, this worked just fine. |

Hi, no, you are not the only one, it doesn't work anymore , not since BGG implemented the log games changes. I think it's an easy fix, but I have mentioned it before and I know others have, but I don't think it's high on the developers list at the moment. |

Thanks. As I couldn't find another bug report thread about it, and no one replied to my first post here, I thought it might have been just me. If it is general, I am happy enough to await what may come with everyone else
I'm sure developers, both here and on the geek, have enough on their plates to keep them busy |

Should be fixed now.
I also modified it to record the location as SpielByWeb. |

Yeah! Now I can log my 3-4 month backlog of completed games! Thanks for reviving a feature that really helps! |

I am still getting "Invalid Object Type" every time I try to log at BGG. Will this be addressed? |

I think this must be a general problem. It is certainly the same for me. "Invalid Object Type".
Last time this happened the techies at Spiel By Web were so helpful, and got it sorted so well, that I thought it would be a little uncool to pester about it too soon or too hard. I am sure they are very busy folks. However, it has been several weeks now and it would be nice to see it fixed please. |

Hmmm, all I had to do was change "objecttype=boardgame" to "objecttype=thing"...
Is Aldie playing games with me? |
